• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to an external payment destination approved by the User and verified by byu77.
• "Winnings" means any monetary gains resulting from successful wagers placed by a User, calculated after deduction of the original stake.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; (b) references to any gender include all genders; (c) headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; and (d) references to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation."

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use byu77 services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. byu77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of byu77 services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. byu77 does not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the byu77 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses. byu77 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.

2.5 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

byu77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accordingly, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals or at any point during account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

Upon registration, you will create a password to access your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. In the event of unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify byu77 immediately through official customer support channels. byu77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account prior to receipt of such notification.

3.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that all devices used to access your byu77 Account are secure, free from malware, and protected against unauthorized access. This includes maintaining updated security software, using secure internet connections, and logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

3.4 Information Updates

You agree to promptly notify byu77 of any changes to your contact information, payment methods, or personal circumstances that may affect your Account status. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed communications, inability to process transactions, or account restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

byu77 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You agree to deposit funds only from payment sources in your own name and over which you have legal control. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with wagering requirements. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers within twenty-four (24) hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within one (1) hour. These timeframes may be extended during periods of high volume or pending additional verification. byu77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method, with a standard minimum of PHP 100 for GCash and Maya. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on account status and payment method. VIP members may qualify for higher limits. byu77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, your payment provider may impose fees which are beyond our control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits not meeting this minimum turnover requirement may be subject to administrative fees. byu77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

4.5 Currency and Exchange Rates

All financial transactions on the byu77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). For deposits or withdrawals in other currencies, exchange rates applied are those provided by our payment processors at the time of transaction. byu77 is not responsible for currency fluctuations or exchange rate losses.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement must be wagered PHP 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

byu77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, exploitation of technical errors or glitches, and any other activity deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

5.4 Loyalty and VIP Programs

Points may be redeemed for bonuses, cashback, or other benefits as specified in the loyalty program terms. Self-exclusion options are available for Users who wish to restrict their access to the Platform temporarily or permanently. 7. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

7.1 Prohibited Uses

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonuses, promotions, or games through any means;
• Employing automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform;

• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks, payment reversals, or use of stolen payment methods;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other Users or byu77 staff;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software or technology used by the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform through unauthorized means, including VPN services intended to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover damages. byu77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and bonuses pending investigation of suspected violations.

7.3 Third-Party Access

You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances. Sharing login credentials, selling or transferring accounts, or permitting others to place bets through your Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and other materials displayed on or available through the byu77 Platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of byu77 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any rights to: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content; (b) use any Content for commercial purposes; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Content; or (d) access or use any Content through automated means.

The byu77 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of byu77 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The byu77 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, byu77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall byu77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the Platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of byu77 for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.4 Force Majeure

byu77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination request, byu77 will process any pending withdrawals and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. You remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to termination.

10.2 Termination by byu77

byu77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) engagement in prohibited activities; (d) suspected fraud or illegal activity; (e) failure to complete verification processes; (f) extended periods of inactivity; or (g) at our sole discretion if we believe such action is necessary to protect byu77, other Users, or to comply with legal obligations.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your Account: (a) your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases; (b) all licenses granted to you under these Terms terminate; (c) you must cease all use of byu77 services; (d) byu77 will process withdrawal of any remaining legitimate Account balance, subject to verification and deduction of any fees or amounts owed; (e) any bonuses and promotional winnings not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited; and (f) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution provisions, and intellectual property rights.

10.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. byu77 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PHP 500 per month on dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Users will be notified via registered email before such fees are applied. Accounts may be closed and remaining balances forfeited after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of byu77 services (a "Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting byu77 customer support. We will endeavor to resolve all Disputes through good faith negotiation within thirty (30) days.

11.3 Arbitration

If a Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit the Dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against byu77.

11.5 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms.

12. Amendments to Terms

byu77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to Users via email to the registered email address and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where changes are required by law or for security reasons, in which case they may be implemented immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as provided in Section 10.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

The version of these Terms posted on the Website at the time of your use of the Platform shall govern such use. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this document.
